Kim is an outgoing, dynamic program and client service manager as well as Westwood’s COO. With over 30 years of experience in business operations and program management she is also skilled at developing and delivering powerful, creative learning programs for both the public and private business sectors.

Kim began her work in 1985 with Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc., which culminated in a long career where she arose from her early days as a scooper to becoming the Senior Director of Global Retail Services, for the Unilever North American team providing international franchise consulting services throughout Europe, Asia, and North America.

Kim has extensive experience in organization development, project management, process re-design, data collection, analysis, strategic planning and training; which has included programs on business acumen, communications, project management, navigating change, time management and building trust within teams. Her expertise in developing accounting and business operating systems have enabled the teams she works with to focus on their clients vs. day to day operations. Kim has worked with businesses from such industries as manufacturing, retail, insurance, banking, transportation, public works, non-profits, government agencies, education, and health and human services.

Kim is a certified instructor and facilitator of LIFO© a process communications and work styles for teams and individuals. She is an active board member for the Vermont chapter of the Association for Talent Development, serving as the program coordinator. Kim holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Vermont.
