Our mission

To develop leaders who transform their organizations — and through those organizations, the world.

  1. 01

    Inner wisdom over outer performance

The leaders who create lasting change understand themselves first.

  2. 02

    Transformation requires sustained work

One event changes nothing. Development happens over months.

  3. 03

    Context always comes first

There is no off-the-shelf solution. We design for the organization.

  4. 04

    Measured, or it didn't happen

Every program is built backward from observable change.

In the room

The goal isn't a better workshop. It's a different organization.

  1. 01

We facilitate in real time, not from a deck

The agenda is the floor, not the ceiling — we adjust to what is in the room.

  2. 02

The design adapts to what appears

If the real conversation is different from the planned one, we follow the real one.

  3. 03

    Coaching and accountability run throughout

Not as add-ons, but as the medium through which growth actually happens.

  4. 04

    Application happens during the work

Not assigned afterward as optional homework that no one revisits.

Our trajectory

Twenty-five years, five continents, one method

  • Founded in Stowe, Vermont

    2000

Westwood International begins. The first enterprise engagement sets the pattern: real work, sustained over months.

  • First Fortune 50 program

    2004

The healthcare leadership pipeline begins — the engagement that would run for two decades and reshape how they promote.

  • National scale in Singapore

    2014

A decade of government work culminates in 2,500 neighborhood facilitators trained across the island.

  • Five continents

    Today

Programs run across Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Australia, each one measured from the design up.

  • Beyond the firm

Leadership as a force for good

The HopeMakers collective gathered on a porch

HopeMakers is an invitation-only collective of leaders, innovators and changemakers — designed and facilitated by Greg.

Members are chosen one by one: people-centered, ego-free, with a demonstrated vision for impact. They meet monthly online and twice a year in person. It is not a side project — it is how Greg lives what he teaches.
