This site is published by Westwood International, 722 South Main St, Stowe, VT 05672, United States. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

You may read, link to and quote briefly from the site, with attribution. You may not copy its pages, texts or photographs for publication elsewhere, use automated tools in ways that disrupt it, or use the enquiry form for anything other than contacting us.

The texts, photographs, recordings and design of this site belong to Westwood International or are used with permission. Articles, interviews and press items that appeared elsewhere belong to their publishers and are linked to them.

The names and logos of client organizations are their owners' trademarks, shown only to describe work we have done. Fortune's Return on Leadership ranking, the ROL100, is the work of Fortune and Indiggo; we refer to it because we have worked with companies on it, and we claim nothing more. Other marks belong to their owners.

The photographs credited below are published under Creative Commons licenses; the credits are the ones those licenses ask for.

What this site says about leadership, organizations and results describes our experience and specific engagements. It is published to inform, not as advice for your situation, and results from one organization do not promise results in another.

Testimonials are the words of the people quoted, about their own experience of working with us.

Nothing on this site is an offer. Every engagement is agreed in writing, and that agreement — not these terms — governs the work, its scope, its fees and its confidentiality. Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract.

Links to other sites are given for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish or how they treat your data.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available as best we can, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions.
